Nephrologist & Kidney Care in Fresno, CA
Our Fresno office is in the northeast of the city, inside Trust Clinic on N. Willow Ave. It's the same practice and the same physicians as Madera — and the same phone number to reach either one.
When we’re open
The office is closed, but the same number still reaches a real person, who will take your message. Our staff will call you back on the next business day. If something can't wait until then, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What to expect when you arrive
- Check in at the front desk. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of everything you take, including over-the-counter medicines and supplements.
- Bring recent lab work or kidney imaging if you have copies. If you don't, our staff can request records from your other doctors.
- Someone on staff speaks Spanish at every step — when you call, when you arrive, during your visit, and afterward.
- First visits are longer and more thorough than follow-ups, so allow extra time and don't schedule tightly around it.
