Conveniently located near Madera Community Hospital at 451 E Almond Ave, in Suite 101. If you have any trouble finding the entrance or the suite when you arrive, call us at (559) 661-1965 and someone will walk you in over the phone — that's a normal thing to call about, not an imposition.
Single-story cream medical office on East Almond Ave between S. Granada Dr and Stadium Rd. Look for the Kidney Specialist Inc. sign over Suite 101.
Free surface parking lot located directly in front of the building.

Designated ADA handicap parking spaces with direct sidewalk ramps right outside Suite 101.
You and your family will always have someone to explain things in Spanish — before, during, and after your visit.
What to expect when you arrive
- Check in at the front desk. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of everything you take, including over-the-counter medicines and supplements.
- Bring recent lab work or kidney imaging if you have copies. If you don't, our staff can request records from your other doctors.
- Someone on staff speaks Spanish at every step — when you call, when you arrive, during your visit, and afterward.
- First visits are longer and more thorough than follow-ups, so allow extra time and don't schedule tightly around it.
